Stuart Hoare
Owner
Stuart trained locally with firms in Petersfield and Southampton, where he gained experience, whilst studying for his professional qualifications. He started his own company in 1995 and brings a wealth of accountancy and taxation knowledge, having worked with a diverse spectrum of businesses throughout his long career. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the ICAEW. Stuart belongs to a running club and has completed a number of marathons in recent years.
Elaine Hoare
Office Manager
Elaine joined the firm in 2007 from a professional background in the banking and financial sector. She oversees the internal operations of the business, to include the company finances, alongside her role of staff supervisor. She is also experienced in payroll and bookkeeping.
Jayne Kirkwood
Administrator
Jayne joined the firm in 2004 from a secretarial background, as well as providing administrational services to Stuart and Tom, she acts as front of house welcoming visitors. She also deals with statutory work and collating information for new clients.
Sarah Harding
Senior Bookkeeper
Sarah joined us in 2013 from the finance sector. As well as running the bookkeeping department, she provides a range of bookkeeping/VAT services to our clients, using a variety of dedicated software applications. For those clients who choose to do their own bookkeeping, Sarah runs tailor-made in-house training sessions and on-going support.
Nima Satheeskumar
Accounts Assistant/Payroll Manager
Nima has been with us since 2022 and is AAT Qualified. She has been training in all aspects of accountancy to build upon her experience and put her qualifications into practice. Her main duties include preparation of accounts, bookkeeping and payroll.
Tom Baigent
Senior Client Manager
Tom joined the firm in 2024 from another local firm of accountants.
He has been in the accountancy profession since 2013 and brings with him a wealth of experience working with small businesses in a variety of sectors. He is also AAT qualified and a long-standing member of the AAT.
Toms experience and breath of knowledge have seen him take on a senior role at the firm, covering a wide variety of accountancy and tax services.
