Stuart Hoare
Owner
Stuart trained locally with firms in Petersfield and Southampton, where he gained experience, whilst studying for his professional qualifications. He started his own company in 1995 and brings a wealth of accountancy and taxation knowledge, having worked with a diverse spectrum of businesses throughout his long career. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the ICAEW. Stuart belongs to a running club and has completed a number of marathons in recent years.
Belynda Jay
Senior Accountant
Belynda joined the firm in 2018 and has an extensive knowledge of accountancy and taxation procedures, gained over a 30 year career. She is responsible for preparing statutory and financial accounts, personal and corporate taxation, tax planning and advising start-up companies. She also holds a supervisory role in the office and is always on hand to give her professional opinion to clients and staff members alike. Belynda spends her weekends on the golf course when the weather allows.
Elaine Hoare
Office Manager
Elaine joined the firm in 2007 from a professional background in the banking and financial sector. She oversees the internal operations of the business, to include the company finances, alongside her role of staff supervisor. She is also experienced in payroll and bookkeeping.
Jayne Kirkwood
Administrator
Jayne joined the firm in 2004 from a secretarial background. As well as providing secretarial services to Stuart and Belynda, she acts as ‘front of house’, welcoming visitors in a friendly and professional manner, as well as dealing with statutory matters, including company formations.
Sarah Harding
Senior Bookkeeper
Sarah joined us in 2013 from the finance sector. As well as running the bookkeeping department, she provides a range of bookkeeping/VAT services to our clients, using a variety of dedicated software applications. For those clients who choose to do their own bookkeeping, Sarah runs tailor-made in-house training sessions and on-going support.
Stacey Chapman
Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant
Stacey has experience of working in practice and is our newest staff member. She is currently studying her AAT with the intention of becoming a qualified Chartered Accountant in the future. Her main duties include bookkeeping and accounts preparation.
